I stayed at the Infinity Bay Resort on Roatan. We didn't do the butler option but you could at the time. The walk to the beach was about one minute through the pool area. Our only complaint was the crowds when the cruise ship people got bused in. They didn't stay for long but still, it was kind of annoying.


It sounds like any of the Sandals resorts on St Lucia would work well for you. Look into them. I had a friend do the butler thing and loved it.
