What's dumber is that the author (provided the letter is even real, which I doubt) is essentially blaming his college of choice for their cost structure to which he voluntarily agreed to submit.

That's like joining the military and then freaking out when they're about to deploy you overseas. Oh you mean I have to pay these education costs back? NO ONE TOLD ME THIS.
