Nashville supports the shite out of the Predators. Those games are so much fricking fun.

I think its a great idea, but I'd wait for the Pelicans to turn the corner with their current talent before throwing money at a new team.

Yeah, I would say after hitting 4 games this year after moving from NYC that the games are fun, and the population definately supports them in terms of attendance.

It's sad though that the TV ratings have been sub-par. Probably due to having your star goalie injured for 1/2 the season and a style of play that encourages defense first, having Weber fire the puck at mach 4 and pray that Hornqvist gets a rebound.

Nashville support is much better than the Whalers, where I was a fan as a kid growing up. I don't think they're going anywhere soon, especially if they can find someone to put the puck in the net.

Bridgestone isn't MSG, but the atmosphere is as good or better than any non original 6 team in the US that didn't start off the season as a Cup Contender.

I've never been to Nashville. but, I wonder if they have as many "inner city" kids playing sports in the skreets as new Orleans?
