Obviously you wouldn't do the chalk thing on a Nascar curve, but the amount that the downward force of each side moves respective to the banking/tire rolling down is insignificant when you are driving(once properly inflated)......if that makes any sense.
In general, the tire will wear properly when inflated properly. If you overinflate, it will be noticeable after 5k. Under-inflation will also be noticeable. If you drive straight under-inflated, the outsides will wear evenly more than the middle. If you turn fast and a lot under-inflated, the edges of the tire will wear more
