Another workout question

Is the "Arnold Press" pretty much the same movement as the "Swimmers Press"?

Also, is this a good shoulder movement to do by itself for someone who's just getting into strength training with modest goals or is it better to work the anterior, lateral, and posterior delts separately.

I always considered it an advanced move. Stick to the basics if you're just starting.
