1. As far as the interior design, and camp has to have wood ceilings and stone fireplace.
2. definitely needs an attached garage specifically for the ATV/UTVs so you can jump on a warm seat before heading out.
3. Outdoor firepit or fireplace with stone seating all the way around.

I'm going to go ahead and mention that as a whole the US is getting taller. Set your rooms up, including the guest rooms for king beds or at a minimum queens. Also make sure the shower heads set at 6'6" tall or higher.
An outdoor shower downstairs is great and easy to set up if you plan to spend summer time there too.
A washer and dryer is a big help but not necessary. Stackable works well for camps.
Make sure that there is a dedicated place to hang up waders to dry.
Design the kitchen/living area to accommodate a round table. Then you can put in a round table with leafs that fold down on the sides. Round table is much better for poker.
No carpet. Keep the floors easy to clean and go with laminate or real wood. Tile tends to crack in elevated structures due to wind movement.
Fishing rod and or gun racks in guest rooms are nice too.
make sure you have lots of outdoor electrical outlets and at least one water bib on any porch you build.
Being able to grill outside but not in the rain is nice too.
Make sure the driveway/parking area has lots of room to turn around a trailer but has a pinch point entrance/exit. It will help keep the riff raff out and make it easier to fend off AtF/HS later.
