Cheaters on the xbox360

Does microsoft even care if you file complaints? Do they even bother flagging these fools accounts or even banning them? I still play Black ops 1 occassionally and these fools with there god mode ruin the game. I submit a complaint for cheating and a few days later their still on. 
I have come to the conculsion microsoft could care less about cheating and only cares about $$$. i guess i understand that 
but man it sure sucks 
Yeah i know why not have any xbox one but they still dont yet have a great selection of games and i'll wait till it drops to 199.00 before i purchase

The in game policing is usually handled by the game developer, and two game releases later in sure the developer has focused on policing more recent games.

people with the god mode love the attention i guess. Losers in life so look at me i'm playing a game where i cant die and have people actually respond to me i get off of work, feed the kids get them to bed , kiss the wife good night, sit down to relax and play a game only to have a POS guy raping with god mode
