I groomed some 2 year olds owned by Ogden Phipps and trained by Angel Penna one summer in Saratoga. They receive lots of treatment (not blood doping) designed to preserve, improve performance. The strips are no big deal. Everyone can use them if they want.

Just pointing out that wraps aren't performance enhancing. You prefer to not need them.
