All of Uggla's money is guaranteed unless some team agrees to take some of it on in a trade. Uggla is done though so a trade is very unlikely. Bad contract swap is really the only way. Braves would likely still have to add a quality minor leaguer in any deal since Uggla is useless.

The only way you trade him is something like Uggla and David Hale+ for Ricky Romero.
