Are you saying an iPhone user should never leave the iPhone or that they should have to change their phone number if they switch from the iPhone?

The people in the suit don't want to use iMessage anymore. They want to use the text feature they are paying their provider for on the non-Apple phone they chose to buy. Apple is preventing that, thus the lawsuit. And this is a big deal for businesses that rely on text messages for business communication.

Anyone know if this is still an issue or it has been resolved? Was thinking about switching to the HTC One M8.
