Will this be a mandatory thing? Hopefully not. I definitely see why Ohio State and Michigan want this, but Penn State, Maryland, Rutgers, and Nebraska.... I don't see why they would. I'd rather be playing teams like Pitt and Syracuse annually than Iowa and Wisconsin.

hey FWIW, its a brilliant tactic and they seem to be winning the PR battle w/the 9 conference game precursor to this eventual move.
