its easy to be a top 5/10 team when your conference mates are weak sauce.

Individual Game Results of Ohio State (vs Texas A&M), 1869-2013

Date Opponent (record) Result Score Site
1/1/1999 vs. Texas A&M (11-3) W 24 14 @ New Orleans, LA Sugar Bowl
1/1/1987 vs. Texas A&M (9-3) W 28 12 @ Dallas, TX Cotton Bowl
9/26/1970 vs. Texas A&M (2-9) W 56 13
9/28/1963 vs. Texas A&M (2-7-1) W 17 0

has nothing to do with the obvious decline of the Big 10 the last 15 years.

So there is no excuse for A&M to not be a top 10 team every year in the 15 years from about 1995 - 2011 when they joined the SEC right?

Oh wait....
