its easy to be a top 5/10 team when your conference mates are weak sauce. 
has nothing to do with the obvious decline of the Big 10 the last 15 years.

So there is no excuse for A&M to not be a top 10 team every year in the 15 years from about 1995 - 2011 when they joined the SEC right?
