I suck at math, but this is easy man.
You start with a 40 glove surplus, and you have a surplus of 12 gloves per week; you're trying to get 160 surplus. 160-40=120, so you're trying to see how many weeks it will take you to get 120 surplus gloves, when you get 12 surplus gloves per week.
