Have you tried your dentist? I talked with mine about similar symptoms and he recommended a night guard a few years back. Still wear it and haven't had any problems since.

I have actually seen that. I've seen the recent trend if Botox injections just below the ear to reduce the movement of the muscle creating atrophy and resulting in less stress.

Night guard hasn't helped me at all. I'll probably go to a specialist one of these days. It sucks.
