He does remind me a little of Fran Tarkenton, but a much better scrambler. The knock on JFF is his accuracy in the pocket. That was also the knock on Steve Young early in his career.

I kind of compare JFF to Reggie Bush, both were the most dynamic players while they were in college, but the overall speed of the league negated Bush's outside running.

JFF didn't do very well in two games against LSU's defense, which has comparable speed to NFL defenses.

I don't think he's going to be scrambling as much in the NFL as he did in college. I think an NFL offensive coordinator and quarterback coach is going to help him with dropping in the pocket. They don't him to end up like RGIII

He completed 74 perfect of his passes from inside the pocket, better than Bridgewater, Bortles, Murray, Savage, Boyd, McCarron, Mettenberger, and Carr, but don't let facts get in your way.
