My dad taught is to go outside before he taught us to pee in the toilet. We had a huge wrap around porch that we got to pee off of so it made it fun, then he worked us into using the toilet inside once we got our aim down. We would pee alot in public, but he said it beat the hell out of changing clothes all the time. Good luck
