We used smarties as a reward for her going poop. She was potty trained at 2 years old and has only had maybe 2 accidents since and both times it was just pee. Make a huge deal out of it when they do it, almost like you won the lottery.

I'm not worried about poop. My 25 month old salutes it going down the toilet with pride.
But getting him to let us know when he needs to go and that he needs to pee and then to keep the pee in the badly designed kids potty is my new daily battle.
