I told her the square footage was under the agreed amount, and she said "so that's how you're going to break the agreement?" Yup. I'd like to say that I told her off, but honestly I was too scared she'd come after me with a lawyer. I was much younger then and didn't have a lot of real world experience. She's retired now. Mean old bitch.
