Good episode. I love that even though Harry has grown increasingly full of himself, he still seeks Don's approval or friendship. Don played that situation so well. I'm hoping his speech did the job to keep him on the account (and thus not fired for breaking the agreement he had with the other partners).
The Ginsberg stuff genuinely upset me. He was clearly always "off," but that was sad. I'm assuming he's gone for good which is a shame. One of my favorite characters.

Oh, I don't think there's much chance Lou and Cutler call out Don for breaking the agreement.
To do so, they'd have to tell Bert, Roger, and Joan they were going behind their backs.
