There is zero chance that Flanders doesn't clear after the final cutdown and goes to the practice squad. That's where he will wind up this year.
Every year we fret that our final cuts will get plucked before they get back to our PS and it almost never happens. Everyone did this over Rufus last year and he's still a Saint.
Who ever got swiped from our PS or final cutdowns? Joique Bell? PJ Hill?

I was never worried about Rufus clearing waivers because he showed jack that he will be a good player.
Griffin was the real worry, and though he initially cleared he almost did get plucked by the Rams later. Personally I don't see him as the QB of the future so I couldn't have cared less.
And people worrying now is silly. We haven't even seen them play.

People just forget that virtually every team has a guy like Ryan Griffin who shows potential but they don't have the numbers to keep. Except maybe Jacksonville and Cleveland. They're too busy inviting their own guys back to the PS than they are scouring the waiver wire.
I find that PS moves are more about gathering intel than searching for talent.

We will probably just move half of them to safety.

Seems that he takes a while to rev up, but once he get's full speed, not many can catch him.

Flanders isnt unseating Cadet. It's taken Cadet 3 years to get a look. I know he was behind Sproles, but still.
A rookie isn't going to step into that role and steal it. If Flanders shows anything, he's a practice squad guy.

As far as Coleman, I actually like some of these other WRs over him. Definitely more intriguing to me. Seantavious Jones, Hamm from ULM.
I also think Nic Jacobs makes this team if he doesn't do anything douchey.

Robinson almost stole his spot last year so...
They decided to cut Roby instead of Cadet. Kept the young guy with higher upside (cause Roby was jack and shite as a WR).
Not saying Flanders is good, but if he is (like PT or Ivory or Robinson) then I see very little chance he makes it.
And that's a big if but it's there. To say a rookie can't do it is ridiculous.

but he didn't.
And that was with Sproles here.
He's a lock to make the team unless a big unforeseen move is made. . 50/50? lol

I've been told by one of my friends who plays for Tulane that Strozier will be a rb and get a sproles shot. Didn't work for him that well at Tulane so idk. He moved back to DB. Lol not implying he's the answer tho.

He's been an all purpose guy like that before but honestly he has no shot of making the team. He's only been invited to rookie mini camp at this point. Those guys have like a .01% shot at making it

Yea I know just throwing that out there cuz I'm bored

These dudes still think there is a shot cadet doesn't make the team
