Carl Lewis 1991 World Championships in Tokyo.
He broke the World Record twice but was wind aided and he also had the greatest set of jumps in history. It all gets forgotten because Mike Powell hit the miracle jump to win the competition.
The other one I got is Eric Heiden, but wasnt in single day. He went 5 for 5 in Speed Skating. That is fricking impressive no matter what you think.
