Anyone have some recipes that they wanna share. I've tried a few different ones, just curious what others have tried

I do indoor grilling for salmon. I HAVE to have the skin on because I love the skin so much. 1 tsp of butter on a hot stove top. Meanwhile heat oven to 425. Grill salmon skin down on highest setting for about 4 minutes. Then switch to oven for about 5 minutes depending on how raw you want it. Then bring it back to the grill on high with another teaspoon of butter.
Plate and drizzle terryaki sauce on top.
Salmon has so much natural fat in it its pretty hard to mess it up.

They the thick filets? If so, Right towards the end of cooking, which aint long on a hot grill of skillet, mix together 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup Aunt Jemima syrup and add to grill and place filets on top of, turning only once

thats different, but sounds really good. Trying not to use so much butter though.

yea, they are pretty thick. Man, the honey and syrup sound pretty awesome. I'm trying to keep it healthy, but that is pretty tempting to me.

That just ruins it for me. I just don't understand why this is so common. It's the best part, especially when you're grilling or pan searing fish. About like getting skinless chicken. I don't get that either. You can always very easily remove it, but you can't put it back on.

I do skinless on the pan...
sprinkle some lime juice on the side to put down first,..after a brief cooking, I flip it
I place thin ring or oranges, lemons and a few slivers of onions on the other...cover the pan
...comes out juicy w a tangy flavor.
do not over cook
just my taste/recipe.
