We stayed in Hopkinsville last year when we went, and there isn't much, but we would drive to a bigger town that I can't remember the name of. The bigger town had a good many places to eat and such. We also drove to the little town by land between the lakes. It was a cool place. As far as lease fees, it will be $2000-3000 a person.
