How does where MOL's customers come from have anything to do with where MOL's tax dollars go? That is never a one for one equation.
Do the hospital and the mall really think it would be any worse than EBR leadership now? I mean schools crime and racial divides just about can't be worse. Hell if they put forth no plan at all I'd only think slightly worse of them than the current leadership.
And unless this was St Georges plan all along to just force some action by the city then back down, they botched this whole damn thing. I can't believe they still don't have the signatures yet.
