You are right, they probably called GGP and offered them to be in the city and nothing more. They probably jumped at the chance after thinking about it for a couple of days . After all there has been a run of people trying to get into the city of late , right?

Who? Your like? No... You'll keep retreating and investing in pasture land, forever thinking you can run away from your problems when all you really do is delay it so your kids can be handed the surrender flag. You couldn't see the benefit in an actual functioning and desirable urban city if someone gave you a cliff notes book on it. You're still stuck in Daddy's mistakes to understand the importance of that, but shite, look at Baton Rouge, and it's a mirror of St. George because it's the people of St. George who are as guilty as anyone in giving such indifferent attention to it which resulted in its current condition over the years. You would just a soon not look in the mirror, rather now claim it's someone else's mirror, and this St. George thing is something other than the convoluted entity it really is.

Believe it or not, even in St. George, all people do not believe that a suburban utopia is the American dream. I have met many dissidents that just could not fathom this idea. There is nothing wrong with the suburbs, but you need to all types of neighborhoods working together in a functioning city.
Many EBR residents see the huge strides the city has made in the past 15 years and dont think we need to destroy the city in order to "save" it.
