I'll clear this up for you. I have literally never made fun of any man, woman or child with a disability.
One of my best friends little brother is disabled.

I'll give you this any 40+ year old man that goes on social media and mocks a disabled kid should be held in ill regard. Seriously, Shaq is 42 year old adult. The last time most people made fun of a disabled kid was probably when they were an a-hole teenager, not a a middle aged adult.
