Almost always have boudin (NuNu's) in the freezer.

If not, I always have eggs and flour on hand. I'd make some pasta, cook it fast, then sauce it with whatever combination of cream/butter/cheese(s)/garlic/green onions/bacon/charcuterie/black pepper/red pepper I could put my hands on.
