This is your problem or the tank vent line is plugged. Next time running it, open the fuel tank fill cap to see if you are not getting a vacuum in your tank.

Same here, had same problem on one engine. After changing fuel filters and plugs still had problem, changed gas same problem. changed out fuel lines on both as a shot in the dark and problem solved.
