Prop is fine. Motor idles and runs fine at the lower rpm so it doesn't seem to be the plugs or a problem with ignition in a cylinder. Has all it's power jumping out the hole and it didn't decrease max rpm over time so I doubt it to be low compression on a cylinder. It seems to me like a fuel issue but I don't know where to start on this motor. If it was carbureted I would have pulled them and cleaned them. Not sure how the fuel ingection system works.

I'd look back over your work. If it worked fine last year and then you worked on it before you used it this year; you may have messed something up or installed a bad part
Edit to say- I'm not a mechanic by in means, but have been known to screw my shite up at times.

Check all of your fuel lines. I had similar issue with mine the lines were corroding from inside. Couldn't get max fuel flow, changed fuel lines then ran like a champ
