Everyone is different, so there is only one way to know for sure. I don't remember what dose I was on. It was very frustrating for a while, but frankly, overcoming that was one of the greatest moments of pleasure ever and my girl was very proud of herself. :)

I didn't have any problems quitting, and the sexual side effects disappeared quickly, IIRC, so I wouldn't worry about permanent damage. The sweating became too much to bear.

Zoloft does cause one to struggle "finishing". Ssri's work great and you should take it if it's prescribed to you.

Zoloft is actually used in some people for premature ejaculations

That's the sexual side effect that I experienced. I haven't taken any anti-depressants in more than 15 years, so it worked for me. Take the meds, Coco, you deserve to feel better.
