Stop being a bitch and reading gay fiction books..

I'd recommend Mein Kampf.

The Bullpen Gospels or
Out of My League

Both by Dirk Hayhurst, both are great books.

Same here. Any good books to read by the pool.
I read Tucker Max a few summers ago, about slamming random girls. That was ok.
Anybody have a good mystery? Like a Dateline , 48 Hours, or Forensic Files type book?

If you haven't read The Devil in the White City (Erik Larsen), I highly recommend it. My favorite book is The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood. If you like dystopian novels, it's a great one.

Not Divergent I'm taking a dystopian society break.

I've had luck going to B n N to the New Authors section and see what looks good.

I read Goethe's Faust in 2010, and now I'm planning to get Dante's Divine Comedy this summer and read that.

References have been popping up about it everywhere. Rod Dreher has been writing a lot of articles on it, and lately my 2 favorite tv shows (really the only reason I ever watch tv besides LSU), Mad Men and True Detective, both have had long articles written about how they are mirroring Dante.

I might link to some stuff when I get home.

I also want to read Graham Greene's The Power & The Glory and that book The Bridge of San Luis Rey.

True story of a former Olympic runner that was in WWII and survived a plane crash and being taken prisoner by the Japenese. Amazing story.
