I'm definitely going.
CP you should drive to Charlotte the night before. Wecan take my car up there the day the gates open; it's only a few hours away.

Jazz Fest puts this to shame.
I'm really not being a homer either. Phil Lesh and Friends would be cool but I'd rather seem them elsewhere. I will see SCI at Jazz Fest. Nothing else seems like it is worth time/money.

Bob Weir & RatDog announced today that they will cancel all remaining tour dates including the Jamaica event scheduled for January. Full refunds will be offered. No further information was made available as to why this decision was made as well as the status of any of Weir’s other shows including a headlining set with Furthur at this year’s Lockn’ Festival, which remains the only scheduled show for the band this year. Here’s a look at the full statement via Furthur’s Facebook page:
Circumstances have necessitated that all scheduled tour dates for Bob Weir & RatDog are being cancelled. This applies to all dates on the summer tour starting on Thursday, August 14 in Boston through September 14 in Nashville and also includes the Jamaica event in January of 2015. Full and complete refunds are available at place of purchase. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
UPDATE: An official statement from the Weir camp to Jambands.com confirms that Weir will not appear with Furthur at this year’s Lockn’ Festival. Weir is off the road immediately and indefinitely.
