Why is an m16 inside the realm and c4 not?

It's an abstract threshold. Legitimate law abiding citizens have no need of an m16, ak47, c4, claymore, etc. None.

You want to protect yourself. Get a 45 or 9mm, not a rapid assault rifle or more.

Why the frick would a civilian need an M-16? Do they expect an invasion of their house from several dozen armed men?
