LSU probably sells a lot of tickets to the local games such as ULL and McNeese whenever they come to TS, but it would be a good idea for the AD to ramp up the home games. We've been hearing Alleva talk about the fan experience - well, if they want to improve the fan experience, the home schedule should feature more exciting games that are attractive if you want 100,000 people to show up and stay.
Argument for neutral games is expanding the brand into different areas and getting recruiting exposure. I can get that, but I hope they don't forget about accommodating the home fans that have supported the program for a long time.
Also, the thought is that it would be a competitive disadvantage to play all top notch teams instead of having those "tune up" games before league play. I get that as well, but I'll always point to 2011. Yes, arguably one of the most talented teams LSU has ever fielded, but IMO both Oregon and WV on the schedule kept the team focused. Also both of those games were away from home that year, but at least WV was a true home and home.

I am only in the 30's...but have four together in SE. Paid off that I graduated in 98 and picked wherever I wanted to sit. Then I moved to better seats and new ones opened around me to extend my two to four. I only pay 100 year, but that is so I can attempt to get away game and bowl game tix.
