How are the land prices in the Ozarks, and is the soil any good?

My soil in Fayetteville sucks. We plant a few tomatoes and squash, but do it in off ground tubs.

Land isn't too bad. Probably 2500-3500 an acre. Really depends on where you're buying. Anything in the city limits if Fayetteville. Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville is going to be high.
