the superstar players being drafted will still get big contracts, they'll just be a year older when they get them.

They are also expected to raise minimum wage of D League. Different than the 2 yr NCAA rule.

Basically this works for one year. After that the talent will come in the league at the same rate it does now. It only puts a one season delay for the transition.
