you can live in fairview, bellevue, west nashville..hell even dickson and rarely if ever have traffic.
i've lived near loveless cafe for 17 years and maybe a handful of times in all of that had problems with traffic.
those who live north, northwest, northeast, east, southeast or south, however...ya'll are on your own

That's why the 37069 is so desirable, and so damn expensive. There is rumor of a few projects coming off 100 that will increase population if/when they go through
