He should be...after all, it's a bullshite system to begin with. He just happen to make it work for himself.
Giving someone an advantage b/c of their race is crap...a business, college, or whatever should give the job/scholarship to the best candidate....period.
BUT....and I do stress BUT...if it's a business...they reserve the right to hire who ever the hell they want b/c it's their business...if you disagree...then don't use that business. Period....
