re: Planning urged to prepare for La.’s chemical boom

I work in the piping and pressure vessel industry and preparing OSHA PSM documentation is pretty much 100% of my job. I want the area to have tons of jobs and a million miles of piping. Still though, I think some sort of export tax based on the future impact of your processing facility isn't some kind of crazy talk.
