1. Kenny Stills, WR New Orleans Saints: Lance Moore and Darren Sproles combined for 108 catches and more than 1,000 yards receiving last season. Neither will be back, leaving Stills as the stand-alone No. 2 wideout alongside Marques Colston. Stills played 708 snaps last season, but saw just 51 targets from Drew Brees. He made the most of his opportunities as a rookie, ranking second in the NFL with an average of 20 yards per catch. Stills can take the top off a defense, but he's more than just a one-dimensional pass-catcher. He'll be given a chance to do it all for New Orleans.

4. Travaris Cadet, RB New Orleans Saints: Sproles can't be replaced by one guy, but coach Sean Payton singled out Cadet last month as a guy he's counting on. I went back and watched all of the third-year back's preseason snaps from last season. He needs to do a better job holding onto the ball, but Cadet made tough catches out of the backfield and showed some wiggle in open space. He'll face competition in camp -- and we like Khiry Robinson -- but Cadet earned praise from Payton as "someone that is very comfortable in that (Sproles) role, and I think he can run."

Damn, maybe Cadet will make the team

I think Robinson should be on the list out of all our rbs

This. I wanna see nothing but KR on any breakout lists (unless they feel he's already reached that point based of his playoff play).

Yup

Khiry Robinson showed he could get a little run game going, just give him room to run and he will smoke his opponents.

Hes our best RB when it comes to actually carrying the football. Def the most explosive back we have.
I remember hearing CSP on the radio saying "the only thing that is keeping Khiry Robinson from being a 1,000 yard rusher is me". Basically, once Robinson shows he understands the offense well enough and improves on the things that CSP wants him to be improve at, he will be a really good RB.

Hopefully we don't full a Chris Ivory and let Khiry get poached from us.

poached
It was a perfectly fine trade.

I'd say so. A 4th rounder for a glass cannon? Hell yeah. And I love Ivory but damn man at some point it's just too much.

Maybe poached was a bad word. He was our best RB as far as running the ball goes. He was just entering his prime...but a 4th round pick is good value.

I would have rather traded Ingram for a 7th rounder and a 12 pack of coke

We would have lost cap space trading or cutting Ingram last year. There was always zero chance of it happening.
This year is different but still unlikely.
As for Ivory, yes he was a very good runner, but he couldn't pass protect or catch well, or stay healthy well. Getting a 4th rounder was a steal for a (very good) one dimensional back with health issues.

And ivory has not exactly lit it up in NY.
Outside of our game, of course.

You think he was pumped up to play us at all?
And he didn't do bad. 4.6 ypc on 182 carries for 833 yards. But he should have been THE back. You don't trade a 4th rounder for a rotation guy.

But he was not so good at receiving or blocking.

Never was, never will be. I made that point earlier. He is a running back in the literal sense.

Just because some guy picks him because of what Payton said(and by overstating it) doesn't mean it's happened yet.
Unlike us NOT getting Britt and getting Meachem instead.
