Feeds 60 people
10lbs peeled shrimp
10 sticks of butter
6lbs onions
2 stalks of celery
3 bell peppers
6 lbs jalapeno cheese (velveta)
1 quart of half and half
84 oz of noodles
parsley flakes
garlic powdwer
green onions
salt and pepper or seasoning to taste
milk or more half and half to thin out consistency.
Brown veggies in pot with couple sticks of butter. Add half and half and a little milk. Add the rest of butter. Add your cheese (cubed). Throw in noodles that are already cooked. Throw in shrimp and cook until done. Add seasoning or salt and pep to taste. I always thin out with a little milk to my liking. Very easy and is a crowd pleaser.
This is not the way I do my fettuccini at home because I would never use Velveta, but great for large parties.
