Yes but snakes won't crawl into your pillow and bite you while you sleep. Snakes also don't carry hundreds of disgusting spawn on ther backs that suddenly run to every corner of your house when you smash them.

Not here you can't. They live above and below, in the walls and in the trees. They build webs across sidewalks and can be anywhere in the house. We've found spiders in the toilets. Our garage has thousands.
Definitely spiders. Snakes aren't so bad. We even get rattlesnakes in our yard every once and awhile and we're not concerned.
