Totally and completely irrelevant. There's no law in Louisiana saying private businesses can't refuse service based on sexual orientation.
There is, however, a criminal law saying that two consenting adults cannot have oral sex in their own bedroom.
I get that some of you think there are more important things going on and this is a waste of time, but the fact is this bill was brought before the legislature. The vote was going to happen so your 'waste of time' argument is moot. They could have just as easily voted to repeal the bill as they did when voting to keep it.

I asked rob this question because he was recently supporting such a law in AZ.
Mick, I am opposed to religion and government telling people what they can and cannot do because others find it offensive.
I do not think it should be illegal, just as I do not think businesses should be required to cater to them when they get married.
I am sure there will some that think it is bad when it is illegal to commit these acts, but is ok with it being illegal not catering to gay weddings. Those people are hypocrits.
