would wager a court would support this given the 5 drive bys.
Except there is no proof that there were any number of drive-by's. Could have been 2, 3, or 7 so it's doubtful the court would support anything outside of admonishing the driver and telling the cop to get extra sprinkles on his next donut.

A person can act however they want to a cop. They should also be ready for the consequences of their actions
You said it's not illegal.
So, i guess I understand you correctly, you think it would be perfectly ok for a person to act like that towards a cop. Gotcha.

Yea, I've dodged a whole lot.

You would only argue that if you didn't know the criminal definition of stalking.

A cop getting angry with them. Not talking about just legal consequences.

And?

It is, just like IMO it is OK for the cop to get agitated with anyone that would act that way.

That must be why I've answered every last one of your posts.

Agreed, regardless of what else one can glean from that video, one fact is clear: the driver is a total douche.
Just get a life and quit following cops for kicks.

Look who's dodging now Since apparently any post that isn't completely 100% full of argument is in your opinion "dodging."

I asked where you would draw the line, your answer is 100% a deflection, and not an actual answer to the question.
I'm still unclear(since, again you absolutely did not answer the question)on whether you think it would be legal or illegal for someone to throw something in a cop's face. you did say it was legal, though, so I'm guessing you'd support the person and not the cop if that were to happen, right?

It answers the question for this particular instance.

Well I asked if anything included a balled up piece of paper and never got an answer.
BTW, you going off on this tangent is dodging the entire topic of some douchebag looking to mess with cops since he is a "watchdog."

frick the police
This dickhead cop deserves to lose his job.
But it sounds like you are cool with the continuing loss of freedom and expansion of our police state.

I don't believe anyone, including the vast majority of police, are for the loss of freedom. The officer should have simply told this guy to leave but even so the driver was an imbecile as well. Is it a right of the people to circle traffic stops and pull up behind police? You are spewing nonsense and are not being reasonable.

My mere presence upsets you that much, huh?
