Jorge De La Rosa had 16 wins last season, same as Kershaw. De La Rosa may be the worst starting pitcher on the Rockies staff so far this year.

Yeah a little, but not that much more. The minimum threshold for a QS is not exactly a good outing for a lot of pitchers.
