I forgot about the NINE grams of pot.

And I wasn't talking about her, specifically. I was thinking about the multiple families a month who have their homes raided due to erroneous info or the wrong frickin' address.

Also, I could link dozens on stories of SWAT raiding the wrong houses in the middle of the night to terrorize innocent citizens.

I think the point is that the force isn't proportional. Are you going to draw your weapon every time you see someone jaywalking? What about parking illegally? What about when someone gets paid cash instead of a paycheck? Is it illegal? Sure. Did it threaten the public? No. Did it threaten the police officers? No.

No need for the brownshirt tactics here.

You think swat raids under cover of darkness for misdemeanors are acceptable? They won't answer to why they felt she was a grower other than the possibility of a few stems in the trash and a small bag of supplies bought from a hydro store..
