As an LEO is there ever a scenario that you'd have probable cause to think this would be a drug house if you didn't find anything wrong?

I only ask because the DEA in this instance had that exact thought.

To me this is the most outrageous part. It doesn't really matter to DEA if there was or wasn't evidence to support a 2:00 AM visit by their SWAT. It doesn't matter if what they purchased was or wasn't used in making drugs. It doesn't even matter if they thought the people inside were a threat.

What mattered is the DEA wanted to show who's the boss and make sure a message was recieved. If you don't do what we tell you, you will suffer.

SO now lack of evidence is evidence for whatever they want it to be?

Holy shite this country really is falling apart.

This is how i wouldve looked as a judge reading that request for a warrant:
