It does. He has a crazy healing ability though. This of course does not stop him from being killed. Enough shots, slashes, or blast would quickly incapacitate him.

He is not feared for his combat prowess, more his ability to manipulate people. He mostly works from behind the scenes.

I mean Gambit has handed him his arse before.

And Nightwing has taken out the Flash before.

Let's make it clear here gentlemen.

You've set a precedent with the Flash and Thor debates and eventual wins.

These win's aren't completely based on what these characters have done but what they CAN do. And if we're taking away from characters for their past defeats, than you all have to hold a re-vote for at least the final 8 of the heroes bracket because for every "Gambit has handed him(Sinister) his arse before", there are at least 100 embarrassing losses for Thor and Flash.

No one is taking away from sinister. I'm just saying he is quite beatable. All of these characters are. Match-ups rule the day.

Plus, losing to Gambit or Cyclops is not embarrassing. They are plenty powerful and strongly underrated. Why do you think Sinister takes such an interest in both of them respectively.

False. I've made claim based on what he has done.
