i hear you. And I know that trying to "pick and choose" is not the way to go about it.

Not to change the topic but this is the beauty and flaw of a national tax instead of an income tax. The reason a national tax is bad however is that no matter what % you start with it will never be enough of a % in the eye of the govt.
