That is precisely the problem. If you are attempting to cheat to win elections, voter ID makes it very hard to do.
That is quite literally the only argument against these laws, unless it is a monetary issue of not being able to afford an ID card. To my knowledge, most states employing these laws have also made it free and near effortless to get an ID card.
